The project consists of a variety of studio, one and two-bedroom condo units ranging from 500 to 1,062 square feet in size, to four-bedroom, 1,500 square-foot townhouse styles.
The shared common house features a large community kitchen and dining area, children’s playroom, lounge, laundry room, reading areas, guest room, workshop, exercise room and a music room.
“The shared amenity spaces are what make this residential complex a cohousing project by nature, where residents can cook and eat together, play and enjoy time together, and support one another,” the release reads.
Occupancy is expected in the fall of 2026.
